completely forgot to bring my running shoes today so i had to wear my badminton shoes to run.. . not cool and what was worse to me was that i was not able to track my 2 mile run via nike+ and that i ran less than a mile and walked the rest cause the shoes lack flexibility and support =_= man and i thought that was bad? should have walked another 2 miles cause i had a surprise bday dinner party...
